AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE UPDATE OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE TOWN OF FREDERICK. THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MOBILE HOME PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town of Frederick, South Dakota, that the following Zoning Ordinance Section #104 and Section #701 is hereby established to read as follows:
Mobile Home Park, shall mean land used or intended to be used by six (6) or more occupied mobile homes, house trailers, and/or movable relocatable homes and suitably developed with utilities and public access according to the requirements of the South Dakota Department of Health. Mobile home parks shall have a maximum density of (6) trailers per acre and a minimum space of seven thousand one hundred (7,100) square feet for each trailer. Each mobile home space shall be at least fifty (50) feet wide and clearly defined.
