Notice is given that Wayne O. Holsing died on November 23, 2003, and Helen R. Holsing died on March 6, 2025, and at the time of their deaths their assets were held by the Wayne and Helen Holsing Family Trust, u/t/d July 23, 1997. Wynn H. F. Holsing of 36404 151st Street, Cresbard, South Dakota 57435, is the trustee of the Wayne and Helen Holsing Family Trust.
Creditors of decedents’ trust, or of Wayne O. Holsing or Helen R. Holsing, must file with the trustee their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice in a legal newspaper. If no claim is filed, your claims may not be paid.
Claims must be filed with the trustee in care of his attorney, Robert M. Ronayne, of the law firm of Ronayne Law Office, P.C., by mailing a copy of the claim to P.O. Box 759, Aberdeen, SD 57402-0759.
