NOTICE OF WEED MOWING
As stated in a resolution at the annual Township meeting held March 4th,
2025 landowner/operators are responsible for cutting, removing, or destroying grass,
weeds, trees and brush growing on or in the ROW of any land abutting or adjoining
upon township roads. If this is not done by September 30th, 2025 the township will hire
it done and charge it to the taxes of the owner of the real estate at the rate of $500 per 1/2
mile. Any portion of or parcel of land will be charged the full 1/2 mile rate as the mower
has to travel to the area.
