NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATIONS TO
BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on October 9, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Aberdeen City Hall (South Entrance), 123 Lincoln Street S., Aberdeen, South Dakota to hear the following applications:
Amber Schaffer requests permission, as per site plan submitted, to 1) construct a 4’ x 5’ covered front deck 15’ from the West property line rather than the required 25’ which would be a 10’ Building Variance, and 2) for existing residence to remain 20’ from the West property line rather than the required 25’ which would be a 5’ Building Variance, all on Lots 21 and 22, Block 18, Hagerty & Lloyd’s Addition a.k.a. 520 Arch St N.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of the applications may appear and be heard.
