NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Ordinance Amendment has been filed with the Finance Officer requesting the Aberdeen City Council to amend the following:
An Ordinance entitled, “An Ordinance designating a portion of public right-of-way as Shortridge Dr.”. That the public right-of-way currently described as “The 60’ wide section of Nicklaus Drive Public R.O.W. commencing at the west boundary of the north/south running Shortridge Drive and following the existing R.O.W. east then turning south to a point of termination at its intersection with Stewart Drive in the NE¼ of Section 15-T123N-64W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota .”
Said Finance Officer having transmitted said Petition to the Aberdeen City Planning Commission for investigation and report, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held on said Ordinance Amendment before the Aberdeen City Planning Commission on the 18th of November, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Aberdeen City Hall (South Entrance), 123 South Lincoln Street, in the City of Aberdeen, when and where any person having an interest may appear and be heard, at which time the said Aberdeen City Planning Commission by proper resolution may recommend the adoption of Ordinance #25-11-04 to the Aberdeen City Council, with or without amendment.
