NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Finance on behalf of the Aberdeen School District 6-1, Brown County, South Dakota, at the Finance Office, 1224 Third Street South, Aberdeen, South Dakota 57401, for district wide collection and disposal of garbage until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
This contract shall be for the period beginning February 26, 2025, to February 26, 2027. This contract can be extended at the District’s discretion by one (1) year increments after the initial two (2) year term; total length of the contract shall not exceed four (4) years.
Copies of the specifications are on file in the Operational Services Office, District Service Center, 1224 Third Street South, Aberdeen, SD, and may be obtained at that office by bidders.
Bid proposals shall be submitted to the Aberdeen School Board in sealed envelopes clearly marked: “Bids for District Wide Collection and Disposal of Garbage“ to be opened Tuesday, January 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The Aberdeen School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
