By A 29-year-old Andover man died in a two-vehicle crash in Meade County the morning of Monday, Dec. 18.
Ethan A. Reasy was killed in the wreck, according to a news release from the South Dakota Department of Safety.
Reasy was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Cobalt on State Highway 79 and crossed the centerline into oncoming traffic, according to the release.
A 2010 “Peterbilt semi driven by Vernon A. Kuntz, 56, tried to avoid collision by braking and steering into a ditch. Reasy’s vehicle continued toward the semi until they collided,” per the release.

Kuntz, of Dickinson, N.D., suffered minor injuries.
The crash was between Vale and Sturgis near mile marker 120 at 11:22 a.m.
The South Dakota Highway patrol is investigating the wreck.
