Rachel shared that there is a Building Committee looking at potentially replacing the Competitive Arts Building/Home Arts Building to build a New 4-H Community Building. Commissioner Sutton shared that we truly have a need for a year-round use building; Grant, Roberts and Spink County have such buildings, and we plan to kick-off our Building Campaign in 2025. Rachel wanted to give them an update on Marketing, they did look at contracting with a Marketing Firm to get the best out of the Marketing Budget but chose not to do that at this time. Fair Tickets are on sale through December 25th (Christmas Day) otherwise not available again until March.
