NOTICE TO ROAD OIL SUPPLIERS
Sealed bids will be received in the Chambers of the Brown County Board of Commissioners at the Court House Annex, Aberdeen, South Dakota, until the hours of 8:45 A.M. on February 11, 2025 at said time and place all bids will be publicly opened, read and considered for producing, furnishing and delivery of Road Oil to the Brown County System of Roads, F.O.B. Brown County, South Dakota.
Item (A) Cutback Asphalt Road Oil – MC-70
Item (B) Cutback Asphalt Road Oil – MC-3000
Item (C) Emulsion Asphalt Road Oil- CSS1H
Envelopes containing bids shall be addressed and delivered to the Brown County Auditor, 25 Market Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota, 57401 and to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: “BIDS ON ROAD OIL” to be opened on February 11, 2025. The Brown County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid they deem to be in the best interest of Brown County.
