NOTICE
Application has been made by Larkota Acres – Briann & Lisa Larson to the Brown County Board of Commissioners for a change of zoning. Hearing to be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown County, South Dakota on November 12, 2024 for the purpose of rezoning the following property from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Mini-Agriculture District (M-AG) to bring these parcels into compliance for their current use:
Description of property: Proposed Lots 1 thru 12, “Larkota First Addition” in the N1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 3-T121N-R64W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (38504, 38507, 38512, 38515 & 38518, 38523, 38526, 38529, 38532, 38535, 38538 & 38541 Larkota Drive; Warner Twp.).
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present comments and testimony regarding the amendment to Second Revision Brown County Ordinances pertaining to rezoning the described property. At conclusion of the hearing, the Brown County Commission may adopt first reading of Ordinance No. 283.
