BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES AS AMENDED
TO REZONE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance #303, A New Ordinance Entitled Data Centers – being added to Title 4 Zoning Ordinances of Brown County: Chapter 4.01, “Definitions”; Chapter 4.16, “Heavy Industrial District (HI)”; An Addition to Title 4 Zoning Ordinances of Brown County with Chapter 4.38 – Data Centers was duly adopted by the Brown County Board of Commissioners on the 4th day of November and that Ordinance #303, shall be in full force and effect on 24rd day of November, 2025. (Copies of the full Ordinance are available at the Brown County Auditor’s Office or Brown County Planning and Zoning Office during regular business hours).
