NOTICE OF ADOPTION ORDINANCE #283
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECOND REVISION
BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES AS AMENDED
TO REZONE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance #283, An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, as amended to rezone the following described property filed by Larkota Acres – Briann & Lisa Larson was duly adopted by the Board of Brown County Commissioners on the 26th day of November 2024 and will become effective on the 24th of December 2024.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota, that the Petition to Amend Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances is hereby amended to change the zoning on the following described property from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Mini-Agriculture District (M-AG) to bring these parcels into compliance for their current use:
Description of property: Proposed Lots 1 thru 12, “Larkota First Addition” in the N ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 3-T121N-R64W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (38504, 38507, 38512, 38515 & 38518, 38523, 38526, 38529, 38532, 38535, 38538 & 38541 Larkota Drive; Warner Twp.).
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota that the zoning official for the County of Brown is hereby authorized to change the official zoning map for Brown County to reflect this Ordinance.
