NOTICE OF ADOPTION ORDINANCE #281
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECOND REVISION
BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES AS AMENDED
TO REZONE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance #281, An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, as amended to rezone the following described property filed by Alan & Janet Dixon was duly adopted by the Board of Brown County Commissioners on the 29th day of October 2024 and will become effective on the 26th of November 2024.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota, that the Petition to Amend Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, as amended, to rezone the following described property filed by Brown County Planning & Zoning is hereby granted and Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances is hereby amended to change the zoning on the following described properties from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Mini-Agriculture District (M-AG) to bring this parcels into compliance for its current use:
Proposed Lot 4, “Dixon Third Addition” in the NW1/4 of Section 15-T122N-R63W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (39135 138th Street, Gem Twp.).
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota that the zoning official for the County of Brown is hereby authorized to change the official zoning map for Brown County to reflect this Ordinance.
