NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE
An application has been made by Paul Larson to the Brown County Board of Commissioners for a change of zoning. Hearing to be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown County, South Dakota on September 16, 2025 for the purpose of rezoning the following property from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Mini-Agriculture District (M-AG) to bring this parcel into compliance for its current use.
Description of property: Proposed Lot 1, “Paul Larson First Addition” in the E1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 6-T122N-R63W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (13653 389th Avenue; Warner Twp.).
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present comments and testimony regarding the amendment to the Second Revision Brown County Ordinances pertaining to rezoning the property described. At conclusion of the hearing, the Brown County Commission may adopt the first reading of Ordinance No. 310.
