NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN per SDCL 10-11-25 that the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as a COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION of Brown County, South Dakota will meet in the Commissioner’s Chambers in said County on Tuesday, the 14th day of April, 2026 at 11:00 AM for the purpose of reviewing, correcting and equalizing the assessment of said County for the year 2027 and shall continue in session and may adjourn from time to time until all property filed appeals have been determined and equalization is completed but no later than May 5, 2026.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN per SDCL 10-11-71 that the CONSOLIDATED BOARD OF EQUALIZATION of Brown County, South Dakota will meet in the Commissioner’s Chambers in said County on Tuesday, the 14h day of April, 2026 at 1:00 PM for the purpose of reviewing, correcting and equalizing the 2026 assessments of said County payable in 2027 and shall continue in session and may adjourn from time to time until all property filed appeals have been determined and equalization is completed but no later than May 5, 2026.
All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, are required to submit written notice to the Brown County Department of Equalization, 25 Market Street, Aberdeen, SD 57401 no later than April 1, 2026.
