NOTICE OF HEARING TO VACATE PLAT
Notice is hereby given by the Brown County Commission of a hearing to receive testimony pertaining to a petition, submitted by Treeby, LLC; Hal Treeby, Member to vacate the plat described as follows:
Description of property: Lot 1, “Reece Treeby Addition” in the NW ¼ of Section 15-T128N-R61W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota.
Said hearing date shall be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown County, South Dakota on December 31, 2024. At said hearing the Board shall consider a Resolution to accept or reject the petition to vacate. Any person unable to attend the hearing may submit written testimony to the Brown County Auditor, 25 Market Street, Ste. 1, Aberdeen, SD.
