NOTICE OF ADOPTION ORDINANCE #286
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECOND REVISION
BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES AS AMENDED
TO REZONE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance #286, An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, as amended to rezone the following described property filed by Lorin & Julie Fliehs was duly adopted by the Board of Brown County Commissioners on the 4th day of February 2025 and will become effective on the 22nd of February 2025.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota, that the Petition to Amend Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances is hereby amended to change the zoning on the following described property from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Mini-Agriculture District (M-AG) to bring these parcels into compliance for their current use:
Description of property: Proposed Lot 1, “L and J Fliehs First Addition” in the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 22-T125N-R60W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (12105 410th Avenue, Claremont Twp.).
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota that the zoning official for the County of Brown is hereby authorized to change the official zoning map for Brown County to reflect this Ordinance.
