NOTICE OF ADOPTION ORDINANCE #290
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECOND REVISION
BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES AS AMENDED
TO REZONE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance #290. An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, as amended to rezone the following described property filed by Brown County Planning & Zoning was duly adopted by the Board of Brown County Commissioners on the 1th day of April 2025 and will become effective on the 29th day of April, 2025.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota, that the Petition to Amend Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances is hereby amended to change the zoning on the following described property from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Municipal (M) to bring these parcels into compliance for their current use:
Description of property: Lot 1, “First Replat of Dahme Northview Addition” in the SE1/4 of Section 1-T123N-R64W and the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 1-T123N-R64W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (3015 N Dakota Street & 295 24th Avenue NE, Aberdeen Twp.).
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota that the zoning official for the County of Brown is hereby authorized to change the official zoning map for Brown County to reflect this Ordinance.
