NOTICE
An application has been made by Roger Pic to the Brown County Board of Commissioners for a change of zoning. Hearing to be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown County, South Dakota on August 12, 2025 for the purpose of rezoning the following property from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Mini-Agriculture District (M-AG) to bring this parcel into compliance for its current use.
Description of property: Lot 1, “Brick Subdivision” in the SE1/4 of Section 31-T122N-R65W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (14177 375th Avenue; Highland Twp.).
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present comments and testimony regarding the amendment to the Second Revision Brown County Ordinances pertaining to rezoning the property described. At conclusion of the hearing, the Brown County Commission may adopt the first reading of Ordinance No. 308.
