AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECOND REVISION

BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES AS AMENDED

TO REZONE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that Ordinance #313, An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, as amended to rezone the following described property filed by petitioner Sub Thirty Ventures, LLC – Brett Deibert/Brock Ball was duly adopted by the Board of Brown County Commissioners on the 2nd day of December 2025 and will become effective on the 30th of December 2025.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota, that the Petition to Amend Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances is hereby amended to change the zoning on the following described property from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Lake Front Residential District (R-3) backlot without a residence to bring this parcel into compliance for its future use.

Description of property: Lot 2, “Greg Hoffman Addition” in the E ½ of Section 14-T124N-R65W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (126757 W Shore Dr., Ravinia Twp.)

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota that the zoning official for the County of Brown is hereby authorized to change the official zoning map for Brown County to reflect this Ordinance.
