AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECOND REVISION
BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES AS AMENDED
TO REZONE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance #315, An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, as amended to rezone the following described property filed by petitioner Vision Quest Real Estate LLC / Brad Meehan was duly adopted by the Board of Brown County Commissioners on the 2nd day of December 2025 and will become effective on the 30th of December 2025.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota, that the Petition to Amend Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances is hereby amended to change the zoning on the following described property from Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to Mini-Agriculture District (M-AG) to bring this parcel into compliance for its current use.
Description of property: Lot 5C, “Gederos’ Replat of Lots 5 & 7 of Evelo’s Outlots” in the SE 1/4 of Section 35-T123N-R64W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (602 Buick Dr. SW, Aberdeen Twp.).
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota that the zoning official for the County of Brown is hereby authorized to change the official zoning map for Brown County to reflect this Ordinance.
