An application has been made by TC Wright Trust to the Brown County Board of Commissioners for a change of zoning. Hearing to be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown County, South Dakota on June 16, 2026 for the purpose of rezoning the following property from Heavy Industrial District (H-I) to Mini-Agriculture District (M-AG) to bring this parcel into compliance for its current use.
Description of property: Proposed Lot 2, “Specialty-Wright Addition” in the W1/2 of Section 8-T123N-R62W of the 5th P.M. Brown County, South Dakota (13146 395th Avenue; Bath Twp.).
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present comments and testimony regarding the amendment to the Second Revision Brown County Ordinances pertaining to rezoning the property described. At conclusion of the hearing, the Brown County Commission may adopt the first reading of Ordinance No. 327.
