a VARIANCE PETITION. A hearing will be held in the Basement Community Room, Brown County Courthouse Annex, on May 19, 2026, at 7:00 P.M.

Legal description of property: The NW1/4 of Section 33-T124N-R63W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (approx. 12940 391st Avenue, Ordway Twp.)
Reason: A Variance to Approach Separation Distance for a new approach to be 300’ from an existing approach rather than the 500’ required in an Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P).
The public may attend the hearing and present comments and testimony regarding the proposed ordinance amendment.
