NOTICE OF HEARING
Application has been made to the Brown County Planning/Zoning Commission for a VARIANCE PETITION. A hearing will be held in the Basement Community Room, Brown County Courthouse Annex on May 20, 2025, at 7:00 P.M.
Petitioner/Owner: Ross Criddle / David & Nancy Criddle
Description of property: The SW1/4 of Section 21-T121N-R63W, except “Criddle’s Outlot 1”, of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (14580 390th Avenue; West Rondell Twp.).
Reason: A Variance for Building Setbacks in an Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) to have a 45’ West Front Yard Setback rather than the 100’ Setback required by Brown County Zoning Ordinances.
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present comments and testimony regarding the proposed variance request.
