NOTICE OF HEARING

Application has been made to the Brown County Planning/Zoning Commission for a VARIANCE PETITION. Hearing will be held in the Basement Community Room, Brown County Courthouse Annex on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 7:00 P.M.

Petitioner / Owner: Darin Gubin for owner Ronald Gubin

Description of property: Proposed Lot 1, “Gubin Second Subdivision” in the SE1/4 of Section 22-T121N-R62W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (Approx. 14555 398th Avenue; East Rondell Twp.).

Reason: Variance to Lot Size in an AG-P District to allow Proposed Lot 1 to be smaller than 40.0 acres and stay zoned Agriculture Preservation District (AG-P) per Brown County Ordinances 4.0605.

The public is invited to attend the hearing to present comments and testimony regarding the proposed Variance to Lot Size request.
