NOTICE OF HEARING
Application has been made to the Brown County Planning/Zoning Commission for
a CONDITIONAL USE PETITION (CUP). A hearing will be held in the Basement Community Room, Brown County Courthouse Annex, on February 18, 2025,
at 7:00 P.M.
Petitioner / Owner: Scott Jensen / Brown County Pet Rescue League
Legal description of property: Lot 1, “B.C.P.R.L. Addition” in the NW1/4 of Section 29-T123N-R64W of the 5th P.M., Brown County, South Dakota (38349 134th Street; Aberdeen Township, Brown County, SD 57401).
Reason: A Conditional Use Petition (CUP) to construct a large shop with a residence attached for parking semi-trucks inside.
The public may attend the hearing and present comments and testimony regarding the proposed Conditional Use Petition (CUP) request.
