TO: THE UNKNOWN EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, PERSON OR REPRESENTATIVE, HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF JOHN R. JOHNSON, whose last known address was Stratford, SD
TAKE NOTICE that on the 21th day of December, 2020, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 9, Stratford, according to the plat thereof of record, Brown County, South Dakota, subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record, if any, was sold at County Treasurer’s tax sale for delinquent taxes on said premises, to the County of Brown in the State of South Dakota, and said County of Brown is still the holder thereof and the right of redemption will expire and a Deed to said property will be made at the expiration of sixty days from the completed service of this notice.
