Mother Nature cooperated as thousands of people visited the 50th annual James Valley Threshing Show from Friday, Sept. 6 through Sunday, Sept. 8 at Thresherman's Park in Andover. Events throughout the weekend included tractor parades, plowing and threshing demonstrations, spinning and weaving, antique tractor pulls, spark shows, car and quilt shows, sawmill and blacksmith demonstrations and more. The show, hosted by the James Valley Threshers Association, focuses on old tractors and implements, offering education on how they worked and how much manual labor they required.
