ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
2025 BITUMINOUS OILS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Aberdeen City Council at the office of the City Finance Officer, 123 S Lincoln Street, Aberdeen, SD, 57401, until 2:00 o’clock p.m. local time on the 18th day of February, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened, read and referred to the Aberdeen City Council for furnishing:
550 tons, more or less, MC-3000 Cut Back Asphalt
50 tons, more or less, CSS1H–70:30 Fog Seal Oil
Copies of the Specifications, and other proposed contract documents are available on the City of Aberdeen website at www.aberdeen.sd.us and on file at the Public Works Office, Aberdeen, South Dakota, and will be available at no cost from the latter.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications. All bids shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the words “BID FOR BITUMINOUS OILS”
The Aberdeen City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and accept the bid it deems most favorable and in the best interest of the City of Aberdeen after all bids have been examined.
