RECLAIMED CONCRETE & ASPHALT CITY OF ABERDEEN
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Aberdeen City Council at the office of the City Finance Officer, Auditor Division until 2:00 p.m. local time on the 17th day of December, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened, read and referred to the Aberdeen City Council of the City of Aberdeen, in the 3rd Floor Conference Room, City Hall, 123 Lincoln St S. for the following:
RECLAIMED CONCRETE & ASPHALT
The City of Aberdeen has piles of reclaimed concrete and asphalt for purchase. They are located at 1125 Melgaard Road West, aka City of Aberdeen South Dump, and 2830 Industrial Avenue, aka City of Aberdeen North Dump. The piles will be sold in bulk and the purchaser is responsible for the loading and hauling of the materials. The deadline to get the materials hauled away from the sites is May 1st, 2025. All bids shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the words “RECLAIMED CONCRETE AND ASPHALT”.
The Aberdeen City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and accept the bid it deems most favorable and in the best interest of the City of Aberdeen after all bids have been examined.
