NOTICE OF HEARING OF THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL
REGARDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held by the Aberdeen City Council on the 6th day of October, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 123 South Lincoln Street, First Floor of the Municipal Building, to consider Ordinance No. 25-10-06 amending Chapter 60 of the Aberdeen City Code (the “Zoning ordinance”) to include a definition of “fairgrounds” at Sec. 60-1.
The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present testimony and comments pertaining to Ordinance No. 25-10-03. At the conclusion of the hearing, the council may adopt first reading of Ordinance No. 25-10-03 amending Sec. 60-1 of the Zoning ordinance.
This notice will be received and placed on file as set forth in the consent agenda of the regular meeting of the City Council for September 22, 2025.
