Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by Jark/Worlie Auction Service, and online at www.jarkauction.com for the 2025 Aberdeen City Surplus Auction on July 17, 2025. In person bidding begins at 3:00 PM at the City Street Shop, 1024 3rd Avenue Southwest, Aberdeen, South Dakota and thereafter switching to larger items with Simultaneous Online Bidding at 5:00 PM. Pre-bidding opens July 7, 2025, and pre-bidding rolls into the Timed Online Only portion of the Auction on Thursday, July 17, 2025, beginning at 5:00 PM Central. The Online Only portion of the Auction is on Thursday, July 17, 2025, beginning at 5:00 PM Central. A list of surplus items may be obtained at the City Finance Office, First Floor of the Municipal Building located at 123 South Lincoln Street.
