NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on August 13, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Aberdeen City Hall (South Entrance), 123 Lincoln Street S., Aberdeen, South Dakota to hear the following applications:
ABR Holdings, LLC & U.S. Bank request permission, as per site plan submitted, to allow existing off-premise freestanding sign to remain as it sits currently, which would be an Appeal to the Board of Zoning Adjustment, in the (C-3/R-4) Central Business/Special Density Residential District, all on Lots 7-8 and S 4’ of East 42’ of Lot 9, Block 13, Original Plat except H-1, a.k.a. 114 Fourth Ave SW.
City Attorney to review South Dakota open meeting laws with the Board of Zoning Adjustment, including the Attorney General’s explanation as required by SDCL § 1-25-13. Board of Zoning Adjustment Secretary to acknowledge in the minutes that the review was completed.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of the applications may appear and be heard.
