Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held regarding the 2027 Capital Improvement Plan at 5:30 PM on September 8, 2026 in the Aberdeen City Council Chambers on First Floor of the Aberdeen City Hall located at 123 South Lincoln Street, Aberdeen, SD. Copies of the 2027 Capital Improvement are available for public inspection in the Finance Office at City Hall, at the K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library, and online at www.aberdeen.sd.us/103/finance. Following the hearing, the City Council may adopt the capital improvement program at any time with or without amendment by resolution. The 2027 Capital Improvement Program includes funding for: General Government for $545,000; Public Safety for $1,800,000; Public Works for $9,405,000; Airport for $4,055,000; Public Health for $200,000; Culture & Recreation for $1,770,000; Community and Contingency for $810,000; Water Reclamation for $72,000,000; Water Treatment for $1,000,000;. Funding for 2027: $91,585,000
