NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that said application will be considered by the City Council in City Council Chambers, 123 South Lincoln Street, Municipal Building, in the City of Aberdeen, South Dakota on the 22nd day of December 2025 at 5:30 p.m., when and where any persons interested in the approval or rejection of such application may appear and be heard.
