NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATIONS TO

BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on January 9, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Aberdeen City Hall (South Entrance), 123 Lincoln Street S., Aberdeen, South Dakota to hear the following applications:

Forte of Aberdeen LLC requests permission, as per site plan submitted, to permit the installation of a 32sf freestanding sign in the (R-2/R-4) Medium Density/Special Density Residential District rather than the permitted 16sf, which would be a 16sf sign variance, all on Lots 7B, Block 2, Dakota Estates 3rd Subdivision, a.k.a. 1004 27th Ave NE.

Frank Infante and Ron Wagner Trust 2020 request permission to permit the open storage, parking or sale of vehicles, rental moving trucks, and impounded vehicles, which would be a Special Exception in the (C-3/R-4) Central Business/Special Density Residential District, all of Lot 1-2, Block 16, Original Plat, a.k.a. 6 First St S.

Any person interested in the approval or rejection of the applications may appear and be heard.
