NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on July 09, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Aberdeen City Hall (South Entrance), 123 Lincoln Street S., Aberdeen, South Dakota to hear the following applications:
Leao Israel dba Israel 1, LLC requests permission, as per site plan submitted, to 1) remodel 4 existing apartments located on the second floor, which would be a Special Exception in the (C-3) Central Business District, and 2) permit 2 additional apartments on the rear portion of the main floor, which would be an Appeal to the Board of Zoning Adjustment in the (C-3) Central Business District, all on Lot 12, Block 9, North Aberdeen Addition, a.k.a. 122 Main St N.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of the applications may appear and be heard.
