NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Ordinance Amendment has been filed with the Finance Officer requesting the Aberdeen City Council to amend the following:
“An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Regulations of the Aberdeen City Code regarding the authority of the Board of Zoning to determine special exceptions.”
Said Finance Officer having transmitted said Proposed Ordinance to the Aberdeen City Planning Commission for investigation and report, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held on said Ordinance Amendment before the Aberdeen City Planning Commission on the 18th of February, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Aberdeen City Hall (South Entrance), 123 South Lincoln Street, in the City of Aberdeen, when and where any person having an interest may appear and be heard, at which time the said Aberdeen City Planning Commission by proper resolution may recommend the adoption of Ordinance #25-02-04 to the Aberdeen City Council, with or without amendment.
