NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATIONS TO
BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on October 10, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Aberdeen City Hall (South Entrance), 123 Lincoln Street S., Aberdeen, South Dakota to hear the following applications:
Terry Banker requests permission, as per site plan submitted, to 1) construct a 10’ x 15’ carport 4’ from the East lot line rather than the required 5’, which would be a 1’ Building Variance, all on Lot 2, Davies 3rd Rearrangement of Lot 15-18 Block 31, Bennett & Thomas Addition, a.k.a. 716 N 1st St.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of the applications may appear and be heard.
