NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for an alcoholic beverage license has been filed with the City Council of the City of Aberdeen by the following named person(s) at the following address:

From City Lights Bar & Event Center LLC dba City Lights Bar & Event Center, 316 South 2nd Street to Yelduz Trustees, Inc., 802 South Main Street
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that said application will be considered by the City Council in City Council Chambers, 123 South Lincoln Street, Municipal Building, in the City of Aberdeen, South Dakota on the 17th day of August 2026 at 5:30 p.m., when and where any persons interested in the approval or rejection of such application may appear and be heard.
