IN-TERMINAL RENTAL CAR CONCESSIONS
ABERDEEN REGIONAL AIRPORT
ABERDEEN, SOUTH DAKOTA
The Aberdeen Regional Airport hereby requests formal bids for proposals for the privilege of operating a rental car concession from a designated area in the Airport Terminal Building.
Bids shall be reviewed at the office of the Transportation Director, 4740 Sixth Avenue SE, Aberdeen, Aberdeen, South Dakota, no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 29, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Airport conference room at 10:00 a.m. on September 15, 2026. Attendance is strongly recommended. Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on September 29, 2026.
Bids are to be submitted with a completed Bid Form in a sealed envelope marked “Bid Proposal For In-Terminal Rental Car Concessions” on the face of the envelope. Each bid will be accompanied by a bid bond or monetary guarantee.
The Airport reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the interests of the Airport. Any proposal which does not guarantee a minimum of $15,000 for each of the five (5) years will not be considered by the Airport.
