NOTICE OF HEARING
Whereas, the Aberdeen Park and Recreation Board of the City of Aberdeen has adopted a Resolution of intent to enter into a lease with Aberdeen Softball Association for a term of three (3) years for the following described municipally-owned property, to-wit:
Players Field South Concession Stand
Moccasin Creek Concession Stand
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Aberdeen Park and Recreation Board of the City of Aberdeen will hold a public hearing on the 2nd day of April 2025, at 12:00 noon, in the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department Program Center, 225 Third Avenue Southeast, Aberdeen, South Dakota, relative to the proposed adoption of a Resolution authorizing the execution of a lease, a copy of which proposed lease is on file in the office of the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department.
