BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on December 11, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Aberdeen City Hall (South Entrance), 123 Lincoln Street S., Aberdeen, South Dakota to hear the following applications:
Kayli Breitag requests permission, as per site plan submitted, to permit the operation of a Dog Kennel Operation to include Grooming, Daycare, and Boarding in the (I-2) Unrestricted Industrial District which would be a Special Exception, all on Lot 4, ADC 2020-1, First Subdivision in the NE ¼ of Section 16, T123N-R63W, a.k.a. 4801 Maloney Ave NE, Suite 201 and 202.
Jesse and Julie Morehouse request permission, as per site plan submitted, to permit the open storage of an 8’ x 40’ shipping container to be used for storage which would be a Special Exception, in the (C-2) Highway Commercial District, all on Lot 2, Artz Addition, a.k.a. 1116 6th Ave SE.
Jesse Cantalope requests permission, as per site plan submitted, to permit the open storage, parking, and sale of vehicles which would be a Special Exception, in the (C-2) Highway Commercial District, all on Bjornsons OL 3 in the NW ¼ of Section 20, T123N-R63W, a.k.a. 2502 Sixth Ave SE.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of the applications may appear and be heard.
