RESOLUTION NO. 24-07-03R

RESOLUTION DECLARING

REAL ESTATE SURPLUS PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the City of Aberdeen, South Dakota, owns Drainage Lot S in the Northwest Quarter of Section 7-T123N-R63W of the 5th P.M., except the South 60 feet thereof, in Brown County, South Dakota, and desires to surplus and sell a portion of the real property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Aberdeen City Council that the real property described as follows, and as shown on the attached drawing, is no longer necessary, useful, or suitable for the purpose for which it was acquired and is declared to be surplus property:

All of the City of Aberdeen’s right, title, and interest in:

THE NORTH 70 FEET OF THE SOUTH 130 FEET OF DRAINAGE LOT S IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 7-T123N-R63W OF THE 5TH P.M., BROWN COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Aberdeen City Council that the Finance Officer shall dispose of the said surplus real property by sale in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota.
