NOTICE OF HEARING AND SUMMARY BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held regarding the 2026 Capital Improvement Plan at 5:30 PM on September 15, 2025 in the Aberdeen City Council Chambers on First Floor of the Aberdeen City Hall located at 123 South Lincoln Street, Aberdeen, SD. Copies of the 2026 Capital Improvement are available for public inspection in the Finance Office at City Hall, at the K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library, and online at www.aberdeen.sd.us/103/finance. Following the hearing, the City Council may adopt the capital improvement program at any time with or without amendment by resolution. The 2026 Capital Improvement Program includes funding for: General Government for $633,000, Public Works for $20,445,000; Water Reclamation for $31,215,000; Water Treatment for $700,000; Airport for $1,250,000; 911 Support for $400,000; Public Swafety for $706,500; and Culture And Recreation for $1,940,000. Funding for 2026: $75,289,500
