APRIL 6, 2026 MINUTES
Frederick’s town board meeting was held Monday, April 6, 2026 in the Frederick Community Center beginning at 7:00 PM. Attending the meeting were Chairman Scott Campbell, Board members Troy Millard and Marty Morlock, Finance Officer Jennifer Morlock and Assistant Finance Officer Mariah Heine, and Utility Manager David Losure.
Chairman Campbell opened the meeting and led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
The minutes of the March meetings were read and approved with a motion by Millard/Morlock; motion carried. The financial statements were reviewed and accepted with a motion by Millard/Campbell; motion carried. The April accounts payable were approved with a motion by Millard/Campbell; motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS
Losure provided a utility report. The board reviewed the Brown County Sheriff’s Report. Some other old business items were tabled for further discussion next month.
NEW BUSINESS
The board discussed a local home that discovered termites and options the board could take to prevent any future spread into other homes. The board discussed summer projects including street maintenance and updating ordinances. Motion to accept the first quarter library report made by Millard/Morlock; motion carried.
The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 7PM.
