AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE UPDATE OF TITLE 9- UTILITIES, CHAPTER 9-3-6 INSTALLATION OF WATER METERS TO THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF FREDERICK
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town of Frederick, South Dakota, that the following Title 9 – Utilities, Chapter 9-3-6 is hereby established to read as follows adding:
All water meters located outside of cellars or basements must be placed in a protected above ground structure or a below ground meter pit that is approved by the board of Trustees. The top of the meter pit shall be at grade.
