ORDINANCE #2026-01
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE UPDATE OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE TOWN OF FREDERICK. THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MOBILE HOME PARK.
The Frederick City Council will hold a public hearing on May 6, 2026 at 7 p.m. at the Frederick Community Center located at 406 3rd Ave, Frederick, SD. All interested persons are encouraged to attend in person and comment on Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Section #104 and Section 701, an amended ordinance regarding the update of General Requirements for Mobile Home Park. After the public hearing, the City Council may have first reading of Ordinance #2026-01 by title and set a 2nd reading date.
The proposed Ordinance #2026-01 will be made available for public inspection at the City Finance Office located at 406 3rd Ave, Frederick, SD.
Written comments may be filed by emailing the Finance Officer at [email protected] or by mailing them to the Finance Officer at PO Box 546, Frederick, SD 57441 on or before noon on May 6th, 2026.
