NOTICE TO BIDDERS
GARBAGE COLLECTION FOR CITY OF HECLA, SD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Hecla City Council of the City of Hecla, South Dakota, will open bids on the solid waste hauling of residential and commercial garbage on January 13th, 2026 at 9:00 am at the City Meeting held at 206 Main Street Hecla, SD 57446. Received sealed bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
Copies of the plans and specifications are on file and open to public inspections at the City of Hecla Finance Office. Bids shall be filed at the City of Hecla, Finance Office, 206 Main Street, PO Box 188, Hecla, SD 5746-0188 on forms provided in spec package and shall be clearly marked:
BID FOR: “Garbage Collection”
Bids will be received until 4:00 pm on January 12, 2026.
The City reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
