Traffic control at the intersection of Brown County 19 and Eighth Avenue Northeast is set to be updated. The Aberdeen City Council approved a $255,879 bid to Ringgenberg Electric to install a traffic signal at the Jan. 23 meeting. Ringgenberg was the low bid of three bids submitted.
